At ZONA PERGOLAS, the roofs made from African thatch, imported from South Africa and laid by hand using African techniques, are of great beauty.

The thickness of the layers (20 cms) and the care with the finishing make the aesthetic of this type of roof, being very much appreciated by our clients. As well, the details in the wood structures, like the decorative knots, give a distinct touch to our pergolas.

  • Pergolas in Heather

    Pergolas en brezo

At ZONA PERGOLAS, the pergolas made with heather roofs, vegetation prepared by hand, make an excellent insulator against the heat. We use heather of the best quality and produced nationally.

The roofs of just heather alone are not waterproof unless they have large layers and a big inclination on the roof, so our work is made with phenolic board, roofing felt, slated with batons and then the heather placed on the roof.

The details in the wooden structures, like the decorative knots, give a distinct touch to our pergolas.
